We bought a Talkswitch and put high end PolyCom handsets on it. ...but we weren't really happy. Then we found the Talkswitch 480i handsets and bought one to try.We loved the 480i.Great features not on the Polycoms (e.g. pickup any, pickup ext, easier programing to brainbox, etc.).We are phasing in 480is on all desktops.(Check ebay for our nearly new former handsets.)
