Works as advertised! ...and not just for the Treo (tested with my 700wx), it works great with my Nokia E71 (Nokia E71 Unlocked Cell Phone with 3.2 MP Camera, 3G, Media Player, GPS - U.S. Version with Warranty (Gray)) as well. The 3.5mm connection really opens up a lot of possibilities - I've used this for earphone connections as well as making a makeshift speakerphone with my car's aux input.
