Verizon V100AM-3 DECT 6.0 Cordless Phone with Handset Capability (Silver) Review

I like this system very much.However, one of the phones doesn't work.I can't pick up a call. The other two are fine, battery life is good, sound is good.I wonder if it is defective or something has to be checked in the manual.I'm going to do that.

When purchased at Amazon, I wasn't sure if when I have to return this phone
(only the non-functioning one) to you or to the manufacturer.
