I had this on my LG Vu for about 6 months, and most of the time my phone was in my purse. I haven't dropped the phone at all, but I have tossed my purse into the passenger seat of my car from time to time. (The phone had its own zipped pocket on the edge of the purse), and after awhile, I started to notice chips and cracks around the edges of the phone case. Small chunks started coming off so I decided to replace it with a rubberized case that I found at Best Buy. My phone is still works fine. For the price, I guess the case works OK, just keep in mind that you get what you pay for.
