The product works great as expected.Samsung has done me right from TV to phone to accessories.Always a good product.SFPlanet gave me great customer support.The first set of headphones were late getting to me and I believe stuck in USPS not SFPlanet as per the tracking info.After I did not receive them for several weeks, I contacted SFPlanet and they were nice enough to send a second set out on their own dime.Oddly both showed up on similar days in USPS, but one dated weeks earlier.Anyway they were accomodating and I was thankful for the service and returned the other set RTS.
