I just got my iphone and was looking for "my" perfect case . My main concern was to prevent damage from an accidental drop. Secondly,I wanted a case that wouldn't hide or cover the phone's beautiful design while giving meoptions for adding a personal touch and wouldn't make me look childish, or immatureat the workplace.I was disappointed to find that the very protective cases like the Otterbox (water and shock proof) were too bulky and hardly look dressy enough for business or business casual attire. Skins, slider cases, shells, and such, protect enough for the daily abuse, however I felt my phone would still be vulnerable to falls. Slip-ons and wallet type cases while offered more protection and style, limit the phone's ease of access and it's functionality or add the hassle of pulling the phone out of the case.I was willing to give up the style for protection when I found the VOI!!!

The addition of the lanyard is a very simple solution to my concerns of accidentally dropping the phone. The case doesn't add any bulk, my phone fits perfectly in my pockets, handbags and wristlets and the lanyard keeps it secure at my wrist (left or right) without restricting movement or functionality.Be aware that it's not designed for rough abuse or accidental spill, and reduces the ease of access to the sleep button a little, none of these things was significant enough for me to change my views of the product.

As far as style, this is exactly what I looked for, a simple design that allows me to mix colors just enough to make it personal, cool and different. It complements the professional look I want to maintain at work without having to default to the "leather" options. It would be nice to be able to buy more AXENT rings separately and I hope they soon offer more designs than the basic four colors available at this time.

It is very easy to install and remove and comes in a very nice packaging. I thought it was worth the investment.

Their customer service is outstanding. They added a personal handwritten "Thank you" note and a little extra something with my order, which was shipped immediately in a size-suitable packaging (good for sustainability).

I'm very pleased with the product and the service. I'm sure I'll buy from them again for myself and as a present for my sister (who's iphone got ruined from a fall just a while ago) and will recommend to my friends.
