I have dropped my poor iPhone (3G) more times than I'd like to admit, and have been pretty fortunate to this point with no major damage.I ordered the VOi! to hopefully help put a stop to that.The lanyard theoretically giving me a chance to actually grasp something as it bumbles out of my hands.That said, I was disappointed they chose to go with a glossy slickness for the actual iPhone case.This is the problem I have keeping the iPhone in my hands to begin with, is how slick it is.It'd be a definite 5 stars for me if they came out with a lanyard case that had some texture or coating on it to help make it even less likely to fly out of my hands.
The case snaps together and you use a quarter in a specific slot to pry the two pieces apart when you want to take it off for whatever reason.The case does make it a bit harder to hit the sleep button, but all the rest are perfectly accessible.
