Jabra GN9330 USB - Headset ( convertible ) - wireless - DECT Review

I use this headset in conjunction with Cisco IP Communicator Softphone.Clarity and distance are excellent.The only DRAWBACK is that when you invoke the mute function - there is a ringing reminder the never stops, the ring occurs in the background every 10 seconds.Since I attend alot of conference calls where I am listening rather than speaking, the ringing is extremely annoying.
