First- this is the expansion hand set- you need the other part for this to work.
If you have ONE spot in your house you can only use your cell phone, this is for you.

It's a great device.Your cell phone rings.... you have the home phone in your hand, and a little light flashes that says "cellular".You push the button and you are now connected to your cell phone VIA your home phone handset.

Not hard to set up, but you need bluetooth.

One complaint, the caller id isn't ever right when someone calls my cell.I just ignore it.

Now I can use my cell phone ALL over my house and get crystal clear reception.Just put the phone where you get reception- turn on the bluetooth, Viola!

Your cell must be within 3 feet of the base station for it to work.

I love it.It's a great phone for people who can't talk on their cell phones at home because of poor reception!

I've been living with two 2 different Uniden speaker phone models for years since I could not find an acceptable replacement.There may be other phones where you can speak to your party without disconnecting the speaker but I never found one.Also I have been unsuccessful finding a replacement with a long battery life.

The clarity on this Panasonic is perfect.When I speak to my party there is no echo.You can place the phone anywhere in the room and speak to your party.The volume is adjustable therefore I can not understand why some find it a problem.It is so nice to put the phone on your desk and write and talk without putting the phone on your shoulder and ending up with a stiff neck.

The "phone book" is accepable and scrolling is quick.Too bad the list is printed alphabetical. There is no way to change this feature.But this may be fine with some users.

The selection of phone ringer tones is great.There is one that is deafening which is fine for me since it differentiates between other phones in my home and home office.

I find the reception is great with distance not a factor.No noise, no static. Those that experience static must be picking up interference from other sources.

I do not use the answering system feature since there is only 15 minutes of call time and I need much more than that therefore I use a stand-alone unit.I have not tried it therfore I can not report.

This is a value-packed phone and no one should hesitate a purchase.

Siemens GigaVoice SL30 Micro Accessory Handset for SL3501 and 4000-Series Expandable Phones Review

It is important to note that this is not a stand-alone phone.It requires another Siemen's base phone in order to be operational.

The phone is extremely small, think small cell phone small.I do not find the buttons too tight to use.However, my husband (and his larger fingers) does have a little difficulty with the size of the buttons.

The voice quality is very clear and the headset is very useful.I also appreciate how lightweight the phone is when I am using the headset and have the phone in my pocket or clipped to my belt.The phone seems to be well made as it has been dropped on the floor from a table several times and suffered no damage.

If you are like me and use only cordless phones in your home get an UPS (uninterruptible power supply) to hook up to the base system. I was surprised when my power went out and I didn't have a working phone system a few years back.The UPS system took care of the problem with the next power outage.

I strongly recommend this product.It functions as advertised.Be certain to look at the dimensions before you purchase.It is a very small phone, probably smaller than you expect it to be.

This is the third extension unit I have purchased for this phone.The phone is very reliable and has tons of features.The extension units allow me to have access in different locations around the house, making it much more convenient to grab the phone when a call comes in.It offers bluetooth connectivity so I hooked up my cell phone to it.Now, even if my cell phone is in another part of the house where I can't hear it, I don't miss my calls because they come through on this phone.

AT&T EP5632 5.8 GHz Digital BlueTooth Enabled Cordless Phone with Answering System Review

Considering my prior experience with an AT&T cordless phone (E5965C), and some of the negative reviews posted here, it was with reluctance that I purchased this unit along with an expansion handset (EP562).This is the only cordless phone I found that has all the features I'm looking for (bluetooth capability, being able to listen to messages from both the handsets and the base unit, a spare battery stored in the base unit allowing the phone to be used during power outages, blinking light on each handset for new messages).

I've had the phone for about a week now and have had no issues at all.The phones were a breeze to set up and configure.The user interface is easy to understand and navigate.Voice quality is very good.The Bluetooth connection works very well for me when I connect it to my cell phone.I've yet to experience a disconnected call.

Battery life is much improved over my other AT&T phone.The handsets can go more than 1 day without being charged.

My only complaints are a few relatively minor issues.The system has a telephone directory where you can store names and telephone numbers.Directory entries are stored separately on each handset and the base unit.There is no way to transfer directory entries from one handset to the other or to the base unit.With a set-up like mine if I want to have the same directory on the two handsets and the base unit they must all be entered manually.Rather tedious.I like the idea of having separate directories but it would be nice to have the ability to transfer individual entries, or the entire directory, between handsets and the base unit.

The same goes for the caller ID log.The system stores the 100 most recent incoming calls.These calls must be cleared off of each handset and the base unit individually.It would be nice to have a global setting that would clear out the Caller ID Log on the entire system.Again, minor issues..:)

07/22/2008:I've had this phone for about 7 months now.It still works very well.I've recently started using it along with a bluetooth headset.No problems at all with disconnects or voice quality.Great product AT&T!Keep making phones like this one.

AT&T DECT 6.0 Black/Silver Digital BlueTooth Cordless Answering System (TL92378) Review

I love this phone.It has perfectly clear sound and allows me to roam...out of my apartment and about 200 yards down the sidewalk and past our complex pool...no static at all until a VERY long distance when it starts to cut out the signal a bit.

The bluetooth feature sounds silly but it really is great...if someone calls my cell phone I can answer with any of the handsets in the house.

My only criticisms would be 2:

1) you can only pair one cell phone.I think other AT&T phones offer multiple pairing options

2) the menu system on the handset itself is a bit clunky and it makes it easy to accidentally delete a stored number
