At the top of the holster where you push to release the phone; it's too easy on the release. you can touch it or brush against it with you arm and it releases. My phone has hit the ground several times, so it is really of no use the me. I bought two of them as i enjoyed the one that came with a former cell phone, but find these two to be of no use.
