Do I recommend this to anyone else?Sure, if you have an iPhone with either the incase power case or the Mophie Juice Pak, this aquapac is about all there is out there that'll keep your iphone and external battery pack case protected while in use.you can hear through the plastic, but it's sort of spotty, sometimes working better than other times.
I was planning a trip to Santa Cruz for an all day beach event, and needed the iphone with me the whole day.Needless to say, i was worried about sand and salt water.When needing the iphone all day, I have to have the external battery case on there, so finding a waterproof case that was usable with the external case on there was problematic.Aquapac makes a smaller case for just the iPhone and this medium sized one is really for older larger phones, but it fit just fine.
Thanks to this little case, I was able to keep my iphone with me all day, never needed to re-charge it throughout the day, and it stayed safe.
The only problem?You look like an uber-dork with this thing.It screams pocket protector nerd from the 80's, but oh well, it functions perfectly, and for that, I'll deal with the dork factor.
