My wife's $250 fancy Samsung touch-screen phone stopped working. 'cellular carrier A' wouldn't sell her a new battery, warning that the battery might NOT be the problem. Instead they sold her a $49 cheapy phone (without my knowledge). This battery perfectly & instantly resurrected her fancy phone, making me a hero.Plus I'm not sorry to have the $49 cheapy-should-be-free phone - my daughters tend to loss things and they now know what phone they get if they do! :-)
