I think devices like this don't require huge reviews...
I can just list Cons and Pros of it:
so...
Pros:
better then standard ones design;
you can move parts easily so can adjust for exact device...;
fixes perfectly on windshield;
flexible mounting arms so you can achieve any angle for plate setup;
etc....etc...

Cons:
the only con I've yet detected was that black plastic dome covering suction cup needs some hardening as after 2-3 removals and installations it starts cracking... just a metal (aluminum or similar) ring might help to improve this;
