Klipsch Image X10 Noise-Isolating Earphone Review

I primarily use earphones with my iPod, particularly when traveling by air, which I do a lot.The Klipsch Images replaced an older set of Shure E3c in-ear phones that I had been using for about three years.The Klipsch phones are very light, and I found that their earpieces fit me better and were more comfortable to wear than the Shures.They sealed out noise very well.Most importantly, however, the sound of the Klipsch phones is superb, and noticeably better than the Shure phones, any iPod earbuds and even my full-size Grado SR125s.Bass response is astonishingly good.These are expensive, but if you want something small, light and of very high quality, these phones are a great choice.

Grado iGi In-Ear Headphones Review

I'm not an audiophile, but I have gone through several pair of headpones in the past 2 years.On a scale of 1 to 10 my bose "in-ear" headphones rate about a 6.The pair that came with my Ipod are a 7.Skull Candy was a 2 (would be a 1, but the price is so low I don't expect much from them).The Grado SR 60 I have are a 9.These(Grado iGi)also recieve a 9 from me.These aren't audiophile phones, but they sound better than the Dr. Dre Beats to me.Best sound I have heard from any in-ear headphone.Great price, and you are supporting an American owned, family company.The only thing that would make them better for me is a really heavy duty cord.The current one is definately good quality, but I am rough on cords and for me the thicker the better.
