The Uniden 1380 (black) corded phone-answerer was easy to program and is easy to use. The engineering and design of it are excellent and it has all of the features one might expect in a newly introduced product.The number keys are big with easy-to-read numerals.The LCD display is large and adjustable with large lettering. So far, the only fault seems to be the labeling of some small buttons and the hard-to-read alphabet letters on the number keys. Gray on black lettering with small type size is a challenge to the eyes--more contrast would be good. I'd give the graphics people a C- and the design team an A+.I got this phone from Amazon a week ago.If it doesn't conk out it will be a very good value.
