This mounting system works great, so far. My only *minor* complaint is that the backrest is not tall enough to fully support my iPhone when I have my iCandy FM transmitter installed. The transmitter is the same width as the phone and will not sit beneath the foot pegs, which leaves about 2/3 of the phone sticking out over the top. However, the sides squeeze in tight enough that my phone is still securely immobilized.
