This is a well made product at a reasonable price. I have no experience with the Palm T5, the 650 or the 700 but there is a serious design flaw on the E2. The connection between the cable and the Palm socket is very difficult to make securely. No one will ever convince me that this elaborate "sync and power" plug and socket could not have been a more simple design. I've seen and used much more simple designs on other Palms. The problem is that if you are too rough you will bend and distort the guides on the plug eventually making it unusable. Trust me.I know from experience. Of course this has nothing to do with the cable which is, I I said of high quality.
