There was a problem with this, evidently the company inadvertently uploaded a description that implied it had an exchangeable tip.The product I got did not.The USB adapter for Kindle is much better than the original, well made; etc.The company has been very good about sending me the correct item.

So, this company seems to really take customers seriously and the usb connector I didreceive is well made.

Their customer service is excellent as well.
