I honestly have no complaints. This skin was very easy to work with. I even had to remove a piece and re-apply it; it was not a problem at all! This is one of two skins that I have. Depending on my mood, I change them. I love the idea of being able to that. To me it's better than a phone case, primarily, because it looks nicer/sleeker; as if the phone was made in that specific design. I get tons of compliments! By the way, the screen is not covered; however, if you want the design to appear on your screen, they include instructions so that you can download it as a screen saver.
