Supra Plus Wireless Nc Monaural Nc with HL10 Lifter Review

I am a web-based trainer working in a shared office. A headset is a necessity, and this fits my needs perfectly. The headset itself is light and the ear cups are comfortable. I have a small head and so often have fitting issues with headsets; not so with this one. The sound quality is good on both ends of the call, and the external sound dampening seems to work well.

The only thing that I found a bit bothersome was the initial set-up for incoming and outgoing volume.There are multiple switches/buttons for both and keeping track of which one you need to use is a little confusing. Keep your manual handy and it doesn't take long, though.

I would recommend this unit wholeheartedly to anyone who needs to spend substantial time on the phone.
