I actually ordered my set from a TV shopping channel for like $70.So far, I have not got a single complaint.Battery life is good.Sound quality is way better than the 3 or 4 year old AT&Ts I replaced.I've had the phones for 2 months now, and have not heard static yet.Love all the ring tone options.I set the one in my bedroom for a softer tone and lower volume.In the den where it's often noisy, I set it for a louder, harsher tone.Being able to intercom between phones has saved me numerous trips upstairs.Overall, a great purchase!
