Cingular Go Phone: Black Rubber Feel Snap-On Cover Hard Case Cell Phone Protector for Motorola Hint QA30 Review

The picture is misleading. This item is white plastic with whatever style ordered, in this case "black rubber feel", painted onto the outside. The edges of the case are still white bare plastic. The product picture doesn't show this and I believe it was done intentionally. Otherwise why wouldn't they attach the bottom half of the case in the picture where the top half IS attached?

Haven't really dropped my phone on anything hard yet but I'm confident that this case will protect my phone many times. The case doesn't snap off easily and it feels sturdy. It does leave the screen exposed but I don't see where that would be an issue unless the screen landed on some kind of edge or corner... Wouldn't worry about it personally.

The rubber feel is alright. It doesn't add a whole lot of grip like real rubber usually does. I thought it would haha. It looks nice though. It's a flat black and accents the shinier parts of the phone and you stop noticing the white edges after about a minute of getting the case.

It will bulk up your phone a bit. Should still fit almost everwhere it did before though.

The phone won't slide open as fluidly as it did before with the case on. You should get used to it quickly.

The cost is what makes this case most competitive. For a couple bucks, it should save your phone in a fall and it looks fairly attractive to boot.

UPDATE>>>Dropped the phone a few times and the shell did it's job however this guy gets scuffed up real fast. The paint job scrapes off pretty easily when dropped and the underlying white plastic shows.
