AT&T 146 DesignLine Telephone (Windchill White) Review

I bought this phone free after rebate and it's one of those rare tiny phones with the keypad in the base.This makes it an ideal wall phone.I can't say it's useful as a desk phone as the base slides around despite it's heavy weight.The keypad in the base is a good plus for a phone this inexpensive--usually you need to get a much more expensive speaker phone just for buttons in the base.If you spend a lot of time with voice-response systems, as many of us do with voice mail and such, this telephone is the most convenient way to do it for the least money.
The handset is weird.The microphone is entirely too skinny and if you're a shoulder-holder you probably won't like the phone.The handset cord is long enough but it's the cheap dull-finished kind that gets dirty easily.Get a nice AT&T Tuff Cord to replace it.

Trimline® Telephone with Caller Id and Call Waiting Review

It's a plain old-fashioned wall phone that uses no electricity and is good quality.Sounds simple, but this kind of phone is almost impossible to find these days.The best features are:(1) the touch-tone pad is on the receiver, so you don't have to stand right at the base to dial (you can go sit somewhere comfy), (2) it works even if there is a power outage, (3) it has caller id.(Use of the caller id does require batteries, but not electricity.)The caller id display could be a little easier to read, but it's not bad -- about the same as most other phones.

Future Call Wall Phone With 40 Review

Bought this to replace a 40 year old dial wall mount phone.Mounted directly to the old mount, no problem.

The buttons could be better lighted.The middle ones are bright and the outer ones are less so.

Ringer high/low and off will be usefull.Looks pretty good hangin on the wall too.

Number memory, handset volume control, and all the other features it has are also an improvement from the old one it's replaced.

Cortelco ITT-2554-ASH27M Traditional Mini Wall Phone Review

This phone replaced a similar 20yo ATT model I had, that stopped working. First off this phone is assembled in USA or at least that's what it says. It attached easily and securely to the wall jack. The phones quality appears to be very good with excellent sound plus the volume control on the handset. My only complaint is that the color was supposed to be ivory and the phone I received looked more like beige to me but it still fit in with the decor. I would recommend this item.
