Labtec Axis 711 Digital USB Mono Headset Review

I use Skype to talk not only to my colleagues all over the United States and also to my parents in Japan. I like this USB headset so much that I am ordering it again. Not because it's broken, but because I want one for my home use.
What's good about this headset is that it goes into USB interface instead of speaker interface. If you have a speaker already, you'd have to unplug it and hook the headset in if the headset uses normal speaker interface. But for USB, that's not a problem. Even after using long hours, your ears won't hurt. Stereo one covers your ears too hard that my colleagues complain that their ears hurt.
So far, it never went bad or anything. The quality of the product is pretty good. Now that Skype is offering this feature that allows you to call all over the world with a minimal fee, I am getting one for my home!

Pc USB Stereo Headset Multi Media with in Line Mute Review

This is a great headset.The USB connection is easy and makes it more portable.It is great for VOIP or gaming commutations, i.e. Ventrilo or Team Speak.The only problem the phones have is that the ear cups are a little stiff to start with.If they were softer I would have rated the head set higher.

Jabra Biz 2400 USB Duo Premium Wideband Audio Nc Review

I use headsets all the time.I've been through a few pair where the voice quality was less than stellar.Since I use these for business, quality is my utmost concern.

I used these for the first few days and was thrilled.The call quality in this headset is awesome.You know when you ask the first few calls "how do I sound" everyone replied "perfect" Mission Accomplished, but it didn't end there.

I strongly encourage using the software from Jabra.It is easy to install and use.The Jabra suite of tools made this an indispensible tool for me.

I could link it to my cell phone.Now I can pick up calls from work or calls from my cell on the same headset instead of being that guy with two phones to both sides of his head.

I often play music and audio recordings through my computer and adjust it when I am picking up a call.The Jabra suite allows you to mute the music automatically when a call comes through.No more fumbling to turn down my music.

It's very comfortable to wear.The hand held adjustable volume control has easy to read and programmable controls which light up green or red. Green for pickup and red to disconnect.And they are programmable with the Jabra Suite so you can set up your cell phone or soft phone on it.

My other headsets were cordless, and I was concerned about using a cord.The length is more than enough for me to walk around my desk and I don't worry about getting that battery chirp towards the end of the day.

I expect other manufacturers to catch on to this Blue tooth integration.As for now- These are the best Headsets I have ever used.

For example, you will need a Sennheiser CCEL190-2 cable to connect to standard phone. Do an Internet search and you will find [...]the only American reseller to advertise this critical cable (plus they sell the CC550 for less). You will also need a CEDPC1 to connect to a PC and they have a long list of others for commercial phone systems. Otherwise, this is one of a kind. I'm not hearing impaired, but especially since phone companies no longer work to "hear a pin drop" in addition to handsets not fitting against the head and headsets focusing first on being light, I've desperately needed something better. This is it. It certainly costs more than any other headset, but that's nothing if you spend hours a day on the phone.

Califone Multimedia Headsets USB Wired Review

I use the headset for listening to music on my computer in addition to communicating with others via the internet. The sound quality is excellent, the buttons are easy to use if you can see them. I suggest the buttons be marked with black or some other color as I find the controls hard to read even with my glasses. So far the quality of the headset is acceptable, and I don't find anything I don't like about them at this point. Great buy!

They even have a website set up to help you easily download the free Skype software and learn all about Skype's many options. They even have recommended low priced webcams, headsets, and handsets that can be purchased on Amazon. I even sent some Starter Kits to friends and relatives so that we can talk and video free. Best of all Skype if free to Skype users no matter where they are in the world. What a Deal! The ear buds are great for the price, but don't match the sound quality of better headsets.

Plantronics CS50-USB Wireless Headset for VoIP Softphones Review

This is a usb wireless headset. just plug it in to your mac or pc and it sees it as another sound device , no drivers needed (xp or os x) I tested it with Skype on the mac and teamspeak on my pc . It comes with a sound api for windows for skype and a few others that allow the buttons on the phone to pickup or hangup calls , I did not try it out because I just like to use apps as is without special add ons ...

The range is great , so if you skype and dont want to be tied to your pc then plug this bad boy in and your free to walk all over the house , same goes for teamspeak for the gamers out there.

It was so pleasing for something to just work out of the box for a change! I tried for hours to do the same thing using bluetooth and it was a mess... This thing just works!
