The suction cup is very large compared to most OEM windshield mounts, and as a result it is very secure and can hold just about anything. It is not so large as to effect your view.

I didn't like how long the mount arm is, so using a screw driver I removed the middle section of the arm, reassembled it, and now it is out closer to the windshield, and even more secure (I have this in a Jeep, so it doesn't bounce around as much now).

I use this with a Motorola Droid, Droid Eris, and Garmin GPS.The mount adjusts quickly for use with any of them, and the clamps that hold the device can slide in either direction, so I can move them out of the way for the volume buttons and power cords of each device.

LG VX8350 Swivel Rotating Belt Clip Cell Phone Holster Review

At the top of the holster where you push to release the phone; it's too easy on the release. you can touch it or brush against it with you arm and it releases. My phone has hit the ground several times, so it is really of no use the me. I bought two of them as i enjoyed the one that came with a former cell phone, but find these two to be of no use.

Thanks, Paul

CELL PHONE HOLDER ICUP TAN Review

I needed a place to store my driving glasses and this thing fit the bill. Perhaps if it was a bit deeper and had a wider base then I would be ecstatic. Still, it is a great add-on and keeps my glasses in a place I can find them without scratching the lenses. Who knew such a thing existed but thanks to Amazon and this company I bought it from, I got a good deal and a great product. It even matches my interior!! I jam a pen in the pen holder which makes it really super....
