This thing is a tank.And that's what I wanted.I have dropped my phone in this case on the pavement, accidentally flung it across the room, spilled (a little) water on it, and stepped on it.Barring a dunk in water, I know my Tour is safe and sound in this case.Know this - it makes your Tour notably bulkier.If you are all about sleek and stylish, this case is not for you.But if you want to protect your investment and/or your accident prone, this case is a wise investment.I really have no complaints about it.I have had no problems with any of the jacks, and find the only time I need to take the case off/on (which can take a few moments to do right) is to clean it off every few months or pull the battery out to reboot.

4 out of 5 stars.Protects the screen and offers a layer of protection while still allowing accessibility to all ports/jacks/keys/camera on the phone.Plastic is not too thick or thin, its just right.Affordable price too around $20 (probably costs $1 to manufacture but can't complain for the level of protection offered while not being too bulky).The belt clip is generic compared to the leather one made by blackberry but still functions.Only complaint is that lint and other debris is able to get inside the plastic cover, requiring the user to remove the cover occasionally for cleaning.Must be careful not the break the cover as it somewhat fragile where it snaps into place.Overall, its a necessity.Solid product.

OtterBox Impact Case for BlackBerry Tour 9630 (Black) Review

I just put this on yesterday and have come to really like it.The instructions are fairly simple with only a few pictures and no words on how to insert the phone into the plastic case then the rubber case.A fairly simple process, but make sure the clear plastic overlay for the keyboard is properly lined up and pulled tight prior to installing into the plastic case.You may also want to make sure that the display and the camera lens are both clean prior to this as well.

Once installed, the product makes the BB much easier to hold, as it is a bit beefier and the rubber is really easy to hold onto.The belt clip allows for easy inserting and removal of the BB without too much friction or looseness.

The plastic case overhangs the display just the slightest bit, but doesn't interfere, you just notice it a little.The plastic keyboard cover does make the use of the trackball a little more difficult, but certainly not impossible and after a day of use, I hardly notice the difference anymore.However, the additional protection this offers I believe offsets any perceived difficulties.The ports are easily accessed with the rubber cover tabs easily removed/installed.There is no noticeable affect on the speaker during phone calls or listening to music.The camera button on the right side is also easily depressed with the covers installed with no noticeable increase in pressure necessary to launch this application.

Great product that I learned about from a buddy who uses the iPhone and has a similar OtterBox product on his.I would recommend to anyone.

BlackBerry Skin for BlackBerry 8800, 8820, 8830 (Black) Review

Fits good, looks good. Don't mind keeping my 8820 in my pocket now without carrying another case. If there is a negative it's a little slick and ain't going to help much if you drop it.
