New WESTERN DIGITAL 80GB 5400RPM 8MB Buffer Ultra ATA/100 2.5inch 12ms seek Scorpio Series Review

I purchased this HD as a replacement to be used in a Dell Laptop owned by my niece.Her HD had experienced errors and she asked me to take a look at it for her. I wound up replacing the HD with this unit and so far, after seven month of heavy, hard, teenage use including many bumps and at least one drop (that I know of) it seems to be working just fine.Price was pretty competitive back when I purchased it and the capacity is enough foryoung teenagers use.Would recommend it to anyone looking for a decent HD.
