I ordered this to use for exercise. I slide it on my waistband or exercise bra. Have to thread the earphone wires through my top to keep them out of the way.
Pros:It allows me to rotate my ipod so I can see the screen. Fairly sturdy.
Cons:It does not clip on and off. You need to slide it on and off which takes a few seconds longer.
