HDB-4 Boom Headset Review

I just want a cell phone that makes phone calls! Please, no cameras, pdas, etc. My little Nokia is obsolete but this headset while far from perfect, does give my non-bluetooth Nokia cell phone the hands-free option. What's good is that the wire which attaches to the phone is plenty long enoughto put my phone in a pants or jacket pocket or purse and "wear" it. There is a button on the boom mic that turns the phone on and off so you don't have to fish it out of your pocket to activate it - very handy. In a quiet room you can hear perfectly but noisy rooms and traffic reduce the ability to hear and I find myself trying to get the earpiece closer to my ear using my hand therefore rendering the headset only "one-hand free". The earpiece which wraps around your ear helps keep the headset on and is comfortable for a phone call or two but not so comfortable for all day wear. Over-all it is a wonderful addition and I highly recommend it if you want your antique cell phone to be hands-free.
