SUMMARY: This product fit my needs perfectly and is of good quality. However, it may not work for all applications.

REVIEW: The cup holder feels sturdy, it has a base that expands when the ring on the stalk is twisted so that it fits cup holders of different sizes. The adjustment ring is easy to move but stays firmly in place once set. The gooseneck stalk seems like it could be a tad bit short for some vehicles, but was perfect in my '03 Honda Civic. The neck itself is thick and holds it's shape well, I tried intentionally bumping it and it took a substantial bump to bend it out of shape. The clamp-holder portion adjusts at the push of a button and the clamps themselves slide to accommodate a variety of different devices. The holder swivels 360 degrees on the end of the neck to allow for changing the orientation of the device. It does hold its place but perhaps moves a bit too freely... if you frequently swivel the device I suspect that it may may wear over time. The charger itself works well and has an adequate amount of cable.

CONS:
* Gooseneck may be a tad short
* Swivel may wear over time
