Pros:
- sticks quite well to the windshield; excellent for GPS navigation
- clamps are fully adjustable; on the n97 mini you can move the clamps to where they don't block the volume or power control
- my phone has not yet fallen out from this holder
- great item for the price!

Cons:
- on not so smooth roads, the flexible hose tends to move slightly making the phone bounce around
