I loved this case instantly when I got it, but decided to try it out for a week before giving my opinion on it. What I was looking for was a hardshell case with a lanyard for the iPhone, and that's exactly what I got. The Voi! Lorem is a two piece shell that snaps around the phone, doesn't add much bulk or weight to your phone, and protects it well- even from itself. Inside the back of the case is a flocked liner, to keep your new toy from being scratched by the plastic. Neat! The case is really easy to put the phone into, and the lanyard is a real lifesaver.

The "Axent Ring", as mentioned on the item page, is the top part of the case- the part that surrounds the screen of your iPhone. It is mentioned that you can change the look of your case by changing the Axent Ring- but it seems like you'd need to buy a complete case to get a different color ring, they are not available separately. The pink color is nice and bright without being too kiddish.

I carry my phone in my pocket, and the lanyard makes it easier to get the phone out when I need to. I've already caught the falling phone once by the lanyard, too, so it is a real safeguard. You can take the lanyard off of the case, too, if you're not going to use it. Doesn't change the case at all, you just have a little square indent in the back.

All the buttons and ports are still easily accessible with the case on the phone. The lock button on top, you really have to want to push that button though, and that's probably a good thing.

The folks at Vio! seem to be as top-notch as their product, as my order came with a complementary screen guard and cleaning cloth. The instruction sheet that came with the case was easy to understand, and the product packaging is great, in case you're giving it as a gift.

Long and short, I love this case. It has some great features not found on other cases, comes in a fine selection of colors, performs well and is priced reasonably.
