PRO
(1) The music sound is great, as good or better than my favorite wired headsets/phones.
(2) The fit is comfortable, even around eyeglasses/sunglasses.
(3) Noise reduction is excellent; I didn't hear my cat meowing until she was on my shoulder.
(4) Excellent battery life; after all day music/stand-by, the iPhone ran out of juice sooner.
(5) Can enable iPhone 3G/GS voice controls! (However, only *if* you are in range of iPhone speaker.)
(6) Easy to pickup calls/redial (responds to standard Bluetooth 1-2-3 click commands).
(7) Excellent signal strength; music stayed strong up to 20' away and through at least 1 wall.
(8) Uses standard USB cable for charging
CON
(1) Voice continues through the iPhone speaker after pairing (see below).
(2) Gets hot/sweaty from the color (black) and vinyl covering on ears.
(3) Next/Back buttons don't work for iPhone (as expected).
(4) Buttons are cheap: it's hard to be sure if you have pressed them hard enough and yet they feel as if they might break.
VOICE TESTS
I tested the speaker/headset making calls, controlling the iPhone and using the OS-included Voice Memo application. The iPhone only recognized sounds if the speaker was close enough *and* uncovered. Sounds made directly to the headset never made it to the phone.
REMINDER
Apple does not support bluetooth music or controls for the iPhone 2G (only for the 3G/3GS; see the Bluetooth article on wikipedia for details).
