Cingular Go Phone: Supra Plus Wireless Nc Monaural Noise Cancel (CS351N) Review

Quality and Use: 3 people in our office have been using these Plantronics headsets for about 4 years now and they have worked great. We have a service and repair business with very busy phones so we are constantly on the telephone taking orders and talking to customers. We can walk about 300 feet away from the base without any problem including outside the office. You may be able to go farther or be limited to shorter distances but I believe it would depend on the construction of your building.There are several buttons on the headset and one I find very useful which is a MUTE button. I can talk privately for a moment if needed without the caller ever knowing and there is no need to put them on hold. The other buttons are for volume and answering the call.One more great feature to point out is that you can move about the office to get files, make copies or faxes and even work from another desk without putting someone on hold.
As far as battery life goes, when left to charge overnight the unit will last all day with busy phones without any need a recharge. We have never replaced the batteries in the units so they seem to hold up well over time. I did purchase a replacement for a unit that ended up cracked where the arm that goes around your head connects to the earpiece but I think 4 years of use is acceptable for the cost.

Ergonomics: I was getting a sore neck and shoulder from holding a standard phone with my chin and shoulder before trying one of these but the pain went away after a month or so of strictly using the headset. If you suffer from this kind of pain I think this can really help.
