Official OEM Wall / Home Charger for Motorola RAZR V3 Black Phone! Original Equipment and Manufacturer (AC 110-220 volt) Review

We got this as a backup charger. The product description does not state the amperage (not that I saw, anyway), and it is about half of the one that came with the phone. Still, we charged the phone a couple of times and it seemed to work okay. In theory, I think that lower amps means that it should take longer to charge, but we usually leave it charging overnight anyway, plus this is just a backup to use if the original one gets lost or broken, so it's no big deal.
