Bought one for everyone in my family.Works as advertised.The best feature is the noise-canceling/filtering which eliminates background noise from the call.I have used other car speakerphone devices and most suffered from one of two basic problems.One:The speaker is not loud enough to hear the caller.Two:The microphone is not sensitive enough for the caller to hear you.This item suffers from neither issue.The speaker is loud enough to hear the caller in most situations, even with a window down.Also, the microphone picks up your voice and sufficiently filters out background noise so that the caller hears a very clear voice that does not sound muffled or like you are talking in a wind tunnel (yes, even with the window down).I use this product almost every day, it is virtually flawless.
