It sounds good. It sounds cheap - but read the Terms of Service. They charge you $29.99 to "terminate" the "service". Thats same as charging $29.99 to connect you - only they hide it away and charge it at the end - or you can simply pay their monthly fee forever and never pay to terminate. Do you really want to give your credit card number to a company that hides its true charges?
If you want to pay the disconnect fee then go for it!
