No issues... simply remove the DC power supply and connect this cable from your PoE source to the LAN port on the phone.Works perfectly.Also, here's a quick note for PoE newbies...
For what it's worth, we're using two 24-port Dell PoE switches.During testing, each switch was connected to consumer-grade APC 1500 UPS.With a full switch, we were able to successfully power all 24 phones, as well as the switch itself (of course) for almost 45 minutes.
