When I ordered this product, the add clearly stated that a bonus power pack and AC adaptor were included at no additional charge (I saved a copy of my original order).When my order arrived, there was NO bonus power pack, and NO AC adaptor.I emailed customer service (you will notice that there is no phone number for DBRoth), and was told that I was wrong, and that those extra items were not included.When I persisted and provided them with the proof of my original order -- they ultimately sent me the items, but it took 4 full weeks and numerous e-mails.
The power pack is actually very nice, but be warned:THERE IS NO ADAPTOR FOR THE NEWER BLACKBERRY PHONES!They claim that there is an adaptor for Blackberry, but it is the older "mini-usb" adaptor, NOT the newer "micro-usb" adaptor required by the newer phones.You can use your own micro-usb cord that came with your phone -- but you shouldn't have to do this.They have removed the pictures and references to the AC adaptor and power pack bonus from the add, but you will notice if you read the the last sentence of the PRODUCT DESCRIPTION that it still says:"Imaxpower AC charger is included". IT ISN"T!So be warned.
Again, this is actually a very nice external battery/charger, you just need to know what you are paying for and what you will receive.
