Sennheiser PMX80 Sport Series II Behind the Head Ear Phones For Sports Review

Sounded pretty good at first.Took a little getting used to - this is the first headset like this that I have every used. But after the first time out, they felt fine.FWIW I have a large head.It has one wire from the set, so there is less chaos than with the ones that use wires from each earpiece.I used mine for power walking without any movement issues.

A bit over a month later it seemed like the bass wasn't as loud, and then the left side quit a month and a half after I ordered them, so just beyond the Amazon return policy.:(Emailed Sennheiser just now for service since they have a two year warranty.Since this is easily the most expensive headset I've ever owned, it's a bit disheartening to have them die so quick.I'll update once Sennheiser gets back to me.

Plantronics MX500C Under The Ear Headset For Headset Ready Cordless Phones Review

We bought and returned 4 different phone headsets before we finally found the MX500C. We started with one of those bluetooth earpieces with the microphone right next to your ear. The problem with those is that the microphone is too far from the mouth to pick up your voice without also picking up all the annoying background noise. It also cuts in and out all the time. Most people only care what their earpiece sounds in their own ear, but nobody tells them that they sound terrible on the other end. The MX500C is great because the microphone comes down right by your mouth. It has a wind screen to cut down on wind or A/C noise in your car. It fits on different sized ears and is very comfortable to wear. The only drawback is that it's not wireless, we can sacrifice having a wire for comfort and sound quality.
