We needed to allow our receptionist to answer the phone while not at her desk. This product easily connect to her existing RCA - 4 line Speakerphone with Call Waiting Caller ID (part # 25414RE3). The setup was simple to do using the enclosed instructions. There is a transmitter that slides into the back of the phone and the picture is the phone in its charger.One draw back is that when the cordless phone is in use you can not use the base 4 line phone and vise versa. For us that was not a huge problem and it is working great in our office setting.
