My only problem with this device is I accidently broke the little ear piece that wraps around my ear. Where can I find this item?Another thing that has happened is I got a new LGenv3 phone and my phone can't seem to find this particular Samsung Bluetooth device. My most favorite part is the little ear bud. It is very soft and gentle. You can't even feel it.
