But with these wonderful little darlin's that broken plug can become a working member of the staff. Cut off the broken plug, strip the wire, remembering to reverse the wires before you slip on the plug and crimp, its done. You'll do yourself a favor if you get the crimping tool, but get the plug for sure. I can hear you now, the phone works!
