Uniden DCT756-4 2.4GHz 4-Handset Cordless System with Caller Waiting/Caller ID Review

I think you will be very satisfied with this 4 phone unit, I know I absolutely love it. I'm a gadget freak LOL and the only dissapointment (minor) was this system does not have the DND button ( the companion system with a keypad base does--however you can stop the handset from ringing (without the callers knowledge) by simply pressing the red handset icon on the handset itself as it's actually ringing --- and peace returns ;) The features are great- program one handset and then just copy it to other handsets totally or by single entry, transfer a call to other handsets, use as a 2 way walkie talkie, day and time and CID display on handsets, room monitor-(it will ring first-then monitor), led on handset that lights for a visual message indicator (along with audio notification pre dialtone), small unobtrusive units, handset locator (YEAH!!!), and although we have many phone jacks in the home, I LOVE not having to use them and putting the other 3 phone extension sets anywhere I want! Speakerphone and handset audio quality is very good, range is fine (my base unit is on 2nd floor and extensions placed on first floor and basement with out issues. Ialso love all the customizeable ring tones -- I know immediately (without having to look at callerID) wether a caller is welcome or an intrusion :0 ! Lol for example- all family members have home sweet home ringtone :), and I picked the annoying (to me) Flicker ringtone for unknown incoming non phonebook calls.Telemarketers will NOT win with the help of this phone hehehe. I have had Uniden phone systems in the past and have NEVER had a problem with their quality. Sadly other "better" known brands(**&*, NonnorthBell) have been terrible.
All in all I feel this is a great system at a reasonable price.

Desktop charger and BP-4L battery for Nokia N97, Surge, E61i Phone Review

The desktop charger did arrive on time and it works.The only issue I have had is that the battery does fall out sometimes, I solved that with a little velcro strap or a rubber band to hold the battery in place.The battery charges fairly quickly.I can now carry an extra fully charged battery with me.It was a good purchase and well worth the price.

Power Up MP3-8370 4-Way iPod Charging Kit Review

As a frequent traveler, I use my IPod to spend the long travel day and avoid boredom.Often after a long day of listening or watching videos, the battery runs down.I've purchased several chargers over the last couple of years but none have the capabilities of the Earhugger PowerPod recharger.If I'm on the airplane (using 9 volt battery), at the airport (electrical wall outlet) or in a rental car, the Earhugger PowerPod recharger works to keep the IPod running.I recommend using Lithium 9 volt batteries if you plan to recharge the IPod using the PowerPod using a 9 volt battery.

One word of advice be careful with the small connector tip that attaches the recharger to the IPod.I lost mine and have notified Earhugger to see if they will send me one.If you don't mind the look, you might use electrical tape and tape the attachment to the charger; I will when I can get the attachment.

Also, make sure you are ordering the correct model.There are versions for cell phones, mp3 players, etc.For the IPod, get the MP3-8370 model.

I purchased this camera for home use (indoors).The camera seems to have good picture quality and should work just fine for my application.I have installed it on my mac computer through an airport wireless network.

The instructions are very PC-oriented and not terribly clear.I am not a computer expert and struggled over the weekend getting it set up.I contacted the company for some technical support and spent quite a long time with David K. who very patiently walked me through all of the set-up screens.I have to give a full 5-stars for the customer support.All told, it took me about 1.5 hours to get it all set up, but now that it is done, I can put it anywhere in my house, monitor it from my computer or iPhone.

After initial set-up, things are looking very good.

Polycom 2200-07142-001 Soundstation Vtx 1000 Cnfrc Phn with vtx Wideband Voice&gain Ctrlw/mic Review

I bought the Soundstation VTX 1000 to replace an older original model Soundstation Premier.The conference room it was being used it in was about 30 feet by 20 feet.Plus, there were lots of hard surfaces (windows, drywall ceiling) that contributed to echoes.Other parties reported they we were inaudible when using the old Soundstation.With the VTX, other parties say they can hear us better, but personally, I think it's still not great - but I think that's more a function of the room dynamics than the phone itself.

I bought this for my iPhone over a year ago. I have gotten many compliments on it. It looks expensive and definitely sets my iPhone apart from the multitude of others that my co-workers use.
