Pioneer CD BTB200 - Cellular phone Bluetooth adapter Review

I'm one of the unfortunate that got this adapter and it did not work at all.... why? My only guess is that I may have bought a cheap refurbished (sold as new) unit.

My main unit, aPioneer AVH-P4100DVD 7-Inch In-Dash Double-DIN DVD Multimedia AV Receiver withWidescreen Display is listed as compatible with the bluetooth adapter from Pioneer but again, "IT DID NOT WORK".

My recommendation is to stay away from cheaper prices within amazon an purchase electronics directly from amazon.com or a trusty seller.
