First of all, this is the second case I received from A1. The bands that hold the two outer pieces together were cut.. I have no idea why or how that would have happened or how they could have sent something out like that, but I emailed them and they promptly sent me a replacement. Nice customer service! As for the case itself it is very nice, but it just tends to me a pain in the butt to get the phone out of it. My iPhone 3G (8gb) fits in it very snug, which I like, but it becomes a hassle to get it out in a hurry. Perhaps if there was a way to push it out from the bottom more easily it would be better?
