The zoom switch has greatly improved the use of my wireless headset.I can take regular landline calls on my Plantronics CS-50 headset and then press the button on the zoom switch and be switched over to the computer so I can use Skype, use voice recognition software, listen to YouTube video, etc. on the same headset.Works perfectly.
